Our Executive Leadership & Team Building Program uses Baja, Mexico & the deserts of the American southwest as it’s classroom. This program incorporates the wilderness & majestic terrain to develop personal & team growth, expand responsibility, & promote bonding among co-workers. We’ve developed it to be engaging, challenging & rewarding - while teaching colleagues how to work together & understand a common goal. They will learn things about themselves & one another that only adventure team building can do.
